Welcome to our Preparatory School. Our Preparatory school reflects a vibrant and lively community, where children are given space, countless opportunities and support to grow in confidence and to discover their individual talents. As an Independent Examination Board (IEB) school we are affiliated to the Primary Schools’ Initiative, conducting annual Thinking Skils tests in Grades 2 to 7 and the MATCH Test in Grade 7. These tests guide us with curriculum delivery ensuring the development of problem-solving skills, critical and lateral thinking. The use of technology in the classrooms is extensive and iPads are compulsory for Grade 6 and 7.

Our subject offering for the Junior Preparatory Phase includes Drama, Music, Art, Creative Movement (Dance), Physical Education, Technology and Bible and Moral Studies.

Our subject offering for the Senior Preparatory Phase includes Drama, Music, Art, Creative Movement (Dance), Physical Education, Techonology, French and Bible and Moral Studies.

Academic Support is offered by subject specialist teachers in the afternoons.

The Leadership Programme for the Grade 7s fosters an ethos of self actualisation, goal setting and an awareness of the broader community.


Our Reddam House curriculum is tailored to the needs of our young and dynamic student body and we aim to cover all aspects of required learning as well as going beyond expectations in order to entice eager minds to seize opportunities and try new and challenging pursuits. The staff comprise young and old, wise and loving, dedicated and hardworking people who love the passion which is embodied in the Reddam House ethos and mission statements.

We relish the opportunity of offering cultural pursuits and a myriad sporting codes both during the school day and afterwards. It is astounding to see how many children partake in so many different activities when guided by professionals and encouraged by staff and parents.
